Dr. Jimit Vadgama is a Consultant Endocrine, Diabetes & Metabolic Physician at Surat. He graduated MBBS and Internal Medicine (MD) residency at Government Medical college, Surat & served the institute as an assistant Professor for more then 3 years. 

He then obtained Post Doctoral Fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism under India and Internationally renowned Prof. Dr. Shashank R. Joshi and Dr. Vijay Panikar at The Lilavati Hospital & Research Centre, Mumbai.

He is now working as Chief Consultant at his Swaminarayan Diabetes, Thyroid and Hormone Clinic; 517-518, Fifth Floor, Infinity Tower,
Beside Ayurvedic College,
Lal Darwaja - Station Road, Surat. He is attached to all major hospitals in Surat.

Achievements:

•    Co-Author for RSSDI Guidelines for In-Patient management of Hyperglycemia – 2016,  One of the first national guidelines for In-Patient Hyperglycemia Management published by the largest Organization of Diabetes in India, “ Research Society For Study of Diabetes in India"
